We have put a different TV in our bedroom and I have unplugged the aerial and magic eye from the old TV and plug it in new one. The light is on on the magic eye but the new TV does not seem to have Sky anywhere. Any advice on how we can get this working please?

You need to go in the tv settings and do an autotune or tuning scan of the analogue (not digital) tuner. Since most stations are now digital rather than analogue, the Sky picture should be the only station that's detected. Then save it to tv memory.0
