CD Wow rejecting orders.

I won a £5 CD wow voucher on Tombola.com and used it to buy a cd via the dialaphone link (gives £1 off). I got an e-mail from CDWOW as follows:
We are writing to advise that your order has been cancelled and a full refund processed.
As per our Terms & Conditions, only one Voucher or Promotional Discount per person per campaign is allowed, irrespective of the number of e-mail addresses, card holder addresses or delivery addresses you may possess. It appears that you have used more than one promotional code or voucher in this order. Only one discount (either voucher or promotional) per transaction is allowed.
Discount links via a partner / affiliate network are not entitled to use any further voucher or promotional discounts.
CD WOW! maintain the right to refuse, and refund if relevant, (even following acceptance of an order) any transaction where, in its sole opinion, the customer / transacting party is unauthorised to use multiple discounts.
We are a small company and our profit margins are very low, by allowing such orders to be completed our prices will inevitably be forced up.
If you would like to place an order in the future, please do so according to our Terms and Conditions and we will be happy to complete it.
Not sure about that small company, low margins line as I read that they have over 50 million customers, but anyway they have refunded the amount on the credit card (£2.75) but when I went back to buy the cd without the dialaphone link, it says the voucher has no more credit on it. So basically they have 'stolen' my five pounds voucher - are they allowed to do this?

Unfortunately this happened to me once as well. It's the risk of using two vouchers or 1 link/1 voucher when it's against their T&C's. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
E-mail them and ask for it back or if you are feeling brave ring them. You never know?0 -
Ring them, they tend to be very nice and quite apologetic!0
