But it doesn't appear to be a non eligible situation
If the buyer is entitled to cancel the contract because the tickets purchased were not for a specific time or date (and the tickets in question have a one year validity) then they are legally allowed to cancel and obtain a full refund and if this request is refused then there is a breach of the buyer's statutory rights.0 -
Attraction Tickets Direct act as a broker as per their T & C's this will complicate any Section 75 claim.0

Who was the deposit paid to? If it was paid to ATD then I'd argue that there's a direct relationship per S75 requirements. ATD aren't a payment portal like Paypal.0
