Read the 'newbies' and 99% happy. Just 2 quickies if possible.
1. KADOE - do parking firms have to apply each time they ticket a car even if they have the name of keeper from a previous event? (son has 2 and both being fought)
2. ''Sign must have geographical location'' etc ... does a PO Box No: meet that requirement?
