Hi guys

I have completed a defence for a CEO court letter and just wondered if anyone knew the email address which I needed to send it to?

Tries searching the forums for CEL email but can't find it anywhere

    the defence pdf is emailed to the court email address with a suitable header (not to CEL)

    a post by lamilad a week or 2 ago gave the exact details , plus post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread may also help

    I suggest you search them both out and read them , especially the BARGEPOLE posts about the timeline and what needs to be done and when , and to who

    Follow the instructions in the claim. You don't send the claimant a copy of your initial defence.
