ESA application

Options
My son is applying for ESA and has downloaded the form as he doesn't like talking on the phone. He's going to fill in the form and then take it to our local Job Centre, with a fit note from his doctor. Can anyone tell me if that's the correct order to do this? Thanks.

it needs to go to your benefit delivery centre.

the job centre 'may' take it and send it internally, but its just as likely that they won't.
they should be able to give him an envelope though

He will do with the ESA50 form, this is just the ESA1. Should he take the fit note with the ESA1 or is it not required until later. Thanks.
