Yes, and I wondered what the terms were, in that Tomlin Order? 'You agree to pay us £50 a month forever'?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi Guys,

Apologies for the delay in responding but I thought I would provide an update for a) the questions I left unanswered and b) those who may be in a similar situation:

    1) I emailed Parking Eye to which they agreed to set aside by consent

    2) Parking Eye prepared the Tomlin order and sent to me to sign. They would then countersign upon receipt.

    3) The Tomlin order was for £100 which a judge would need to agreed (not to be confused with the £100 application fee - PE or representatives applied to the court)

    4) Parking eye after a couple of weeks submitted the Tomlin order to Northampton Business Centre (NBC) to be reviewed

    5) After several weeks of almost daily chasing, NBC caught up with several weeks of backlogged work. They confirmed the order was sent to a judge to be reviewed

    6) Around 3 weeks later I received confirmation in the post that the order had been set aside

    7) Paid PE £100 and received confirmation the matter is now closed.

    8) Checked a few credit agencies and after a month or so the CCJ had been removed.

Anything further please feel free to ask.

A big thank you to everyone that contributed to getting this matter resolved.

    Kind Regards.
