will i have missed the boat?

i,ve had same bank account for nearly 25 years with what is now lloyds
i know i did at one time pay a fee for account for travel ins etc included in that
but dont know the exact date i paid for i know it was at least 14 years ago (( my sons age)
will i be able to claim just with my account details as i dont know how much i payed each month and for how long and when this was?
or have i missed the boat
help appreciated

    You can complain yes, you have a better chance if you didn't use any of the benefits. Lloyds seem to be paying out for this recently so give it a go.
