Hi
I've received PIP (Standard Rate for both component) and ESA (Support Group) . My postgraduate course will be start in September . I want to apply for £10.280 student PG loan. Course tuition fee is £7650. I checked Student loan website and i'm eligible for loan but I wonder if you advise me about what will happen to my benefits ? Does DWP will stop it our decrease it or etc ?
Thanks,

Are you ESA conts or ESA Income based, Conts no effect ESA Income based then the grant usually will be taken in pound for pound after a £10 per week disregard and a small allowance for books and travel. If you do get a loan you need to tell them, tuition fees are disregarded, they will ask you for a full break down.0

Your PIP won't be affected.
If contribution-based neither will your ESA.
If income-based your ESA will be reduced by the maintenance element of the grant (I think).
