I have now received a letter from County Court...." In line with district Judge's order dated 5/10/17, please find attached copy of claimant's particulars of Claim for your attention."
The claim is a photocopy signed by A Cohen on the 13th of June 2017.
I'm not sure if I can display the particulars of their claim but it's classical case of ANPR by Cel defence.
I haven't received any letter from Cel office.
The letter is in present tense but want to inform you that CEL has been thrown out of business from the particular shopping centre due to numerous complaints about ANPR and stinging people with parking fines.
I have phoned the court and they have asked me to produce a new or amended defence. My previous defence is present in this thread. Kindly go through my defence and help what I need to amend.
I have received court letter on 29th of November, it has been written on 27th of November.
Many thanks for help

You were told back in July that your original defence was ok.
Now that you have received the PoC, is there anything that you want to add or change in your defence?
You've seen the PoC. No-one else has.0 -
Please help, I have received 149 A
Thanks0 -
Newbies faq thread (#2) covers court procedure
Go there now to familiarise yourself on the process now the claim is progressing to a hearing0 -
So you have this form:
https://www.moneyclaimsuk.co.uk/PDFForms/N149A.pdf
Correct? This is telling you that you must complete form N180. MCOL usually post one out to you, o ryou can just download it
DO NOT keep asking questions like this - it means you have not read post 2 of the newbies thread. Bookmark it. Read it. Read it again. Read it a third time. You MUST keep an eye out on dates and know what to do by when.0 -
This is the form you need - the 180
https://www.moneyclaimsuk.co.uk/PDFForms/N180.pdf
And how to fill it out to save you getting lost in the Newbies threadA1 = Say NO to mediation. Mediation is run by a commercial company on behalf of the courts and their success is measured by how many cases are kept out of court. They are not interested in the merits of the case, only whether you will pay or not. So say No.
B = fill in all the details, your name, your address, etc. This is the address that all the paperwork will be sent to. If you are moving home within 6 months make sure you have mail redirection in place. You will get a default CCJ if the paperwork doesn't get to you as the Courts see it as your responsibility to give a correct address.
C1 = YES to small claims track
D1 = name of your local County Court – unless you are a Limited company, the case files will be transferred there. They will ask for theirs but protocol dictates it is your court.
D2 = NO to expert evidence
D3 = 1 witness (or more if you are going to get another person to provide a statement)
D4 = Put down the dates of any pre-booked holidays, NO to interpreter (unless you need one)
You send a copy to the courts and another copy to the Claimant company. Keep a copy for yourself. There is a long delay (20+ weeks) between this form and an actual day in court. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Surprise surprise!! The crooked claimants are trying to stop me from court hearing in next few months; they have reduced their parking fine to 50% and asking me for an out of court settlement. Is this normal behaviour? Also they're still sending letters to my old address despite many written updates to them.
What do you recommend?0 -
What have you been doing in the last two months?
Hopefully you have spent some time on this forum reading about how others have fared against CEL.
If you had done that, you would've seen that this is perfectly normal behaviour.0 -

I recommend you read other CEL threads, you could have been expecting that letter:
