UK Parking Patrol Office Ltd - Need some advice

You wouldn’t have any ‘case’, the driver would!
Who knows what sort of case he or she would have, we’ve seen ‘guaranteed cert’ cases lost and ‘lost causes’ won. It’s a lottery. But of the claims we’ve worked with the OP on developing a defence there has only been one loss.
I’m afraid you’re nibbling around the edges of this (example below)
If you really had got to grips with this, I’m not sure why you’re asking about naming the driver.
Just so you know, once a claim is instigated (receipt of N1 form from the CCBC in Northampton) any opportunity to transfer liability to the driver is lost - although I expect you already know this from reading the ‘Freedoms act’
Sorry, wrong choice of words. I'm obviously not clued up on the freedoms act, I was just saying that I've seen it around and haven't named the driver yet due to the protection of this act, to the RK.
So your advice for the time being would be to ignore the Gladstone letter baed on the fact is has been initiated by DRP?
I've seen a few Gladstone threads and it seems they are pushing the boat out in terms of taking legal action.

And we win 99% of defended claims on this forum, so claim forms do not = wins for Gladstones.

No need for threads about DRP letters we've all laughed at for a decade. If you like you could adapt the response shown in the NEWBIES thread to a pseudo-LBCCC, the one written by Johnersh.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That does fill me with a bit of confidence, but I think given the circumstances of this incident, it was just worrying as it wasn't clear whether I had any sort of defence here...
Gist of it is, got ticket from overstay in car park whilst going to do some sports. RK wasn't driver at time and is now being pestered with letters etc. Driver advises to ignore all correspondence. Driver overstayed by about 10 minutes (maybe less) after ticket expired. Didn't retain original ticket, or evidence of overstay (ignorant in thinking it would not escalate).
RK getting agitated by all the letters coming through and wants Driver to declare names/address to avoid any issues in their name/court action in their name.
I know DRP/Zenith are all bogus, as received letters for these in the past which have been appealed and successfully got reverted (got in touch with supermarket at the time who happily cancelled).
I appreciate everyone has their own scenarios and situations, so apologies if the bottom line is literally "don't worry about it..LBCC is the only real letter that needs to be actioned"

RK needs to relax. Likelihood of a claim is minimal with UKPPO:

I don't think they issue POFA-compliant NTKs, but if you want to show us we'll look. Was it received within 14 days?
Also if the overstay was 10mins or less, that's against the IPC CoP. Rules about grace periods allow at least 10 minutes now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah keep telling RK that it's just intimidation tactics, but still RK doesn't like the letters coming through.
Quoted the wrong figures earlier, there was a similiar PPC with the same name, hence the confusion, but yes 11 this year since June doesn't sound too bad.
I'll have to get a copy of the original NTK and will redact where necessary.
Also say it was 10 mins, but may be my word against theirs as no evidence gathered at the time (stupidly)
Think going forward, as you all have said to ignore, that's the road to take.0
