Part diagnosed not changed

I have had my car just repaired, now the franchise dealer creates a video of suggestions of what needs to be changed, in my particular instance I was told to change two things (AC Condenser and an oily pipe stating its leaking), of which one (AC Condenser) I can clearly see that was changed and the other apparently still looks like the old item, as its still oily therefore the old one.
I emailed the franchise dealer asking this question as to my knowledge what was advised has not been changed and in the invoice it states "replaced pipe as previously diagnosed" I am getting told that a different pipe has been changed. Now to be honest I don't know the truth of this since one engineer suggested I should change a particular pipe and now get told something else was changed.
What I have issues about is if they suggested I change one pipe as it was leaking but they changed something entirely different (I am unsure even if that was even leaking and that I paid for something that probably was not required to be changed, so money wasted)
The AC is working but what my issue is the firm probably charged me for something that was not required to be changed. I have video evidence of what the engineer suggested to be changed and the invoice clearly states as previously diagnosed, so do you think I have rights to claim back the cost of the pipe? As my gut feeling is the old pipe was a fully working one considering this was not diagnosed in the video and something else was.
Don't want to mention the dealer at the moment as I've emailed them to see why the pipe mentioned in the video has not been changed.

What is the bill amount ?0

The bill amount was £1060 - I managed to get it discounted from £1240, not due to this issue but a price match.
They did respond suggesting the other pipe was leaking not the one the first engineer diagnosed. Not sure what the difference in price is between the two pipes but they have suggested I can bring the car in over the next week and they will check the AC pressure is still there.
I think its odd that you get told they will do something and then something else is done.0 -

This explains a lot.......
At the end of the day, if something can be fixed without replacing parts, BUT still takes hours of labour, then the customer is usually unwilling to pay up.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
