Year 3 School Transfer Appeal - Advice Needed

Sorry just another couple of quick queries.
At the hearing it is my understanding that it firstly it is looked at to see if any errors have been admissions dept and then if not the the grounds for appeal are heard.

If I have evidence which may suggest that admissions dealt with our application incorrectly should I forward this in advance or wait until on the day? Also with with previous class sizes if I have evidence to prove class sizes have been larger in the past should I provide this now or at the actual hearing??

If you forward procedural errors in advance, they could offer the place before you need to attend the appeal.

Thank you :- I wasn't sure as the school is oversubscribed but I'm seeking advice on the medical criterion which would of taken the application to the top of the waiting list - How about in relation to previous class sizes being larger? Should I mention that now or wait until I get the hearing? Xx

Previious class sizes being larger may not be relevant. It would depend on the reason why.

When I apllied for DS reception place, a nearby school didn't let some children have a place. At appeal if was discovered they'd applied their admission criteria incorrectly and if they'd done it how they should have, the kids would have had places. The school was told they had to accept the additional children end employ an additional teacher for them. This larger year never took any more children on until they fell below their usual admittance number (iyswim). Anyone applying for other years wouldn't have been able to use that there was already an oversized class, as it was a set of special circs that only applied to that year.
