park charge park direct uk ltd DRP HELP!!

Hi,

I got a parking charge notice dated the 30th of march for parking out side a parking space, but the PCN is for 62 seconds and in the second photo you can see me coming to move my car after reading a sign that is about 8ft in the air!!! with the tcs in i then moved my car and went elsewhere.
i have sent a few letters back to them but they have denied the appeal as it is out of 28 days (i was in the middle of moving)
they have put the case to DRP and they want 160 ????? for 1 minute i don,t know what to do ?

PDUL say in there letters that they are a member of the BPA use the logo but i checked on the site and they are not at the beginning i thought this was a scam.
should i let this go to court or pay money over fist??

thanks

As said 100's of times on here, YOU IGNORE DRP 100%

DRP operate a "no win no fee" for the PPC's so once they get fed up with their wild threats being ignored, they become a no hoper and pass it back to the PPC .... and that little exercise costs the PPC nothing .... DRP have wasted their time and by the way, its DRP who add the £60 scam money but as the DRP OFFER the PPC a free service it will not be added on if it goes further.
