Embed (not link or upload separately) your images that do NOT show the terms as readable.
UKPC have supplied photos, they were on their website all along - log in and look. I usually embed the blurriest one in a POPLA appeal to assist the argument!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So when you sign in with your PCN and VRN, you can't 'view photos' that include any signs?

OK, that is fairly normal for an ANPR PCN issued by post. However, it leaves the door open for you to bung in another appeal point, putting UKPC to strict proof as to where on site the car was parked, in relation to any signs. State as fact, that you believe the signage is sparse and the car is very likely not to have passed a sign full of terms, or parked near one that could have been read.
ParkingEye overcome this issue by supplying an aerial picture of signs/dots, to suggest where the signs might be, and POPLA lap it up as if the dots actually mean something.
UKPC, on the other hand, might not be able to counter that argument as quickly.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
