Failed car repair

I have had problems with my bumper coming unclipped on my new Toyota Yaris. I have had 11 repairs that have all failed and one complete new bumper. Toyota are saying the last fault occurred new to third party contact but can provide me with no evidence and there are no marks on my car. To my knowledge no one has hit the bumper. The ombudsman wants me to prove that its a failed repair and I am struggling to find evidence. Can anyone help

Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that a seller is allowed ONE attempt to repair. If the goods still do not conform to contract the consumer can reject the goods for a refund or replacement.

When did you buy/receive the car?
When did you report the 1st fault?
When did the 1st repair occur?
