I went to buy off Sorelleuk and luckily noticed this in their terms and conditions.
*We do not provide refunds"
I messaged them and asked how this complied with Uk consumer rights and they just reiterated that they do not provide refunds to keep costs down. I confirmed to them that I would not be ordering until they comply with UK consumer rights.
This is a clothing store mainly aimed at young ladies so I just wanted to make people aware.

The website of every UK company needs to show:
1) a geographic contact address,
2) their vat number,
3) their company's registration number.
The website www sorelleuk.com shows none of these.
Is that the website you refer to?
The website layout looks very much like many other Chinese pretend UK sites.0 -
Even if the web address is a .co.uk or in this case has a "uk" at the end of the websotes name it doesn't mean the firm is uk based and in this case they arent obliged to adhere to uk law.0

1) a geographic contact address, Agreed
2) their vat number, Only if they're VAT-registered
3) their company's registration number. Only if they're registered at Companies House
Comments above. A sole trader for example may not have to comply with 2 and 3.0 -

The company seems to be based in Sheffield run by someone ( the model) who claims to be Italian . It's been running for less than a year . Needs reporting .0
