    Those signs seem to be rather high off the ground.

    When a PPC attracts this ort of adverse publicity it is surely time for it to up its game or look for a new location. Saying it is a member of the BPA is not going to cut much ice with motorists.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    UPDATE.

    With the hlp of a local Councillor, those who received PCNs ave appealed to POPLA. So far 14 appeals have been uphels as (not so) Smart Parking didn't even bother to submit any evidence.
