    Why not simply delete the shortcut from the Taskbar?

    Google will provide alternative solutions.

    I've just navigated to the YBS website in Edge and it works fine, so whatever problem you're having (probably a dodgy shortcut as DoaM says) it's really not a reason to try to uninstall Edge, even if that's possible.
