Admiral car insurance and their CUE database

Hi

Not sure if I can get into the detail for legal reasons but I'm currently dealing with the Financial Ombudsman re: the above as it may have affected my renewal policy pricing.

Wondering if anyone else is in a similar boat - I raised my issue almost a year ago and it's still not resolved?

Thanks

The CUE records incidents or claims etc.

If you have had a claim or incident then yes its likely to affect your premium.

To little detail? It would help if you said which boat you were in:)

The CUE database is not "Admirals" (It is a central database most insurers subscribe to)

How long has the FOS been involved? A year seems too long to get an adjudication

Apologies guys, essentially what's happened is that Admiral admitted they had an issue with the above which may have affected my no claims. As a result it may have driven up renewal and other, 3rd party, quote prices. FO currently investigating but essentially if you've been with Admiral over the last 2-3 years this may have affected you too.
