Hi
Not sure if I can get into the detail for legal reasons but I'm currently dealing with the Financial Ombudsman re: the above as it may have affected my renewal policy pricing.
Wondering if anyone else is in a similar boat - I raised my issue almost a year ago and it's still not resolved?
Thanks

The CUE records incidents or claims etc.
If you have had a claim or incident then yes its likely to affect your premium.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

To little detail? It would help if you said which boat you were in:)The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -

The CUE database is not "Admirals" (It is a central database most insurers subscribe to)
How long has the FOS been involved? A year seems too long to get an adjudication0 -
Apologies guys, essentially what's happened is that Admiral admitted they had an issue with the above which may have affected my no claims. As a result it may have driven up renewal and other, 3rd party, quote prices. FO currently investigating but essentially if you've been with Admiral over the last 2-3 years this may have affected you too.0
