Hello all, just joined the forum in the hope of some friendly advice.
I have recently gone it alone and have a small consultancy company that requires my clients to be visited once per year. Up until now I could manage the arranging and managing comfortably but as the business grows and I have employed some help I am finding It difficult to keep schedules up to date. My extremely limited PC skills means I am using excel spreadsheets and printing off and making notes on them.. not great I know!
I was wondering if there is any relatively simple PC software available that allows for easy scheduling of appointments, recording due dates etc?
Any help would be very much appreciated. King regards, Zoffian.

In very simple terms, Google Calendar will allow you to schedule appointments, "birthday" reminders for annual events etc.
If you send a meeting invite to a client, and their calendar software understands iCalendar (like Google Calendar, Lotus Notes, MS Exchange, Facebook, etc etc), and they accept the invitation then both your and their calendars are updated.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
+1 for google calendar. install on all devices and share calendar with PA"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0

Is it a straightforword scheduling task that you need to do, as described in previous posts, or do you also need to take location into account, for instance so that you visit clients in the same geographic area in a single trip? If it's the latter then you might need something a bit more sophisticated.0
