Thames Water Garden Leak

My garden has been saturated with water for over 2 years. Thames water have told me it is a leak on the supply pipe in the street but don't know where the leak is. They have undertaken many repairs in the street but can't find the leak that is effecting me. They said they will pay to channel the water away from my garden but keep delaying.
1. Legally as the leak is on their system what are their responsibilities to me in the form of fixing my garden and fixing the leak and compensation for the endless calls site visits and aggravation.
thanks
john

Do you have legal protection with your housing insurance?
I'm sure they'll harass Thames Water when they hear how they're causing a small flood on your property.0 -
