We sold our house with Purple Bricks, no problems. The photos were really good, much better than I could have taken and a lot better than some of the local estate agents round here have used for the ones they are selling!

I think the photos were one of the main reasons we sold our house. Its a visual world out there so good pics are a must.

Also, the online booking system was great, i could message the buyers after the offers started coming in, I have no qualms about them. In saying that, knowing what I know now, that you are really only paying for the adverts on Rightmove and Zoopla, I would just go with the absolute cheapest online Ea I could get if I ever sold again.

I had a horrendous experience with House Simple and so had to instruct a high street agent who got the job done quickly. I paid twice though hence my nose being very out of joint - there was zero goodwill to go with the incompetence. Have a look on TrustPilot and try to look past the fake staff on staff reviews for real customer experiences (honestly...imagine the desperate business model {text removed by MSE Forum Team}) https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/housesimple.com

Switched from an online agent to a high street one. We got twice the number of viewers using the traditional one.

I have just withdrawn my property from purple bricks after not even 1 viewing for 6 weeks and had to put it on with another high street agent. I have also put in a complaint with the head office which i am going to take to the Property ombusman, and i have just submitted a complaint to the ASA as i feel that they misleading and mis selling. They seem to try and give this persona to people that they do more then do.

As i have withdrawn my property i should have been contacted to be asked to pay but heard nothing yet, anyone know how that works people on the phone and on the online chat don't seem to know?
