pin received capital one

so i applied for a capital one card some time back then hear nothing back so presumed i had been rejected , until this morning i receive the pin number for ''my new card'' does this mean i have been accepted as i have no conformation of this ?

    How long is 'some time back'? It's not unusual to wait two/three weeks or even longer for the pin and card to arrive. If you get a card through the post later this week, it should come with the details of your credit limit, how to set up online management, etc. If it arrives without much detail, give them a ring.
    I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.
