Unarranged OD

Good Morning,
I have woken up this morning to find my bank account cleaned out once again due to unarranged od fees and returned payment fees. £90 down for this charging period but £360 down in 2017 so far.
I've had a look at as far back as I can on my online banking and since July 2010 to today's date I have been charged just over £1800.
Can this be claimed back?
I'm quite sure this query has probably been answered numerous times but I am a newbie having only signed up today.
Thanks in advance,
Paul

If they're specified in your terms, then no.
As this seems to be a regular thing, look at cheaper ways of borrowing, or rearrange your finances to get out the overdraft.0 -
You can ask them to look at your account if you are in CURRENT FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, , which measn you are in a spiral getting deeper into debt form paying basic bills [so no DD's for Sky for example]
They may refund some, or freeze interest, we don't know. You'll have to ask.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Try to work out exactly how the charges get triggered :
Money paid into an account for a D-D, but too late in the day ?
Cheques you've forgotten about, getting presented months later ?
I think the only way to claim back charges ( after the High Court decision ), is if they were caused by some mistake on the bank's part ; but that's a very long shot, and depends on your situation.0
