Which parking company?I would have loved my day in court with this, but I managed to get the ticket cancelled by going into Homebase - "We get a lot of these ".
If you can get that statement from Homebase in writing, it's time for a serious complaint to the DVLA, with the aim of getting the PPC sanctioned ( or even suspended).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
