HEA: skimmed milk in cups of tea

    HEB: 2 hifi bars

I love Daim bars saver upper - so much so, I've banned myself from buying them:D
A bit of a hit and miss day for me yesterday - I was offered a place in a course at the last minute - a day long affair with refreshments and lunch provided. I stuck to black coffee and avoided the biscuits that comprised the refreshments, but lunch was tricky, no fruit or healthy options at all really so I had to go for the least synful looking sandwich fillings and avoid any of the pastry wrapped offerings.
Breakfast had been weetabix and dinner was hm burger without the bun, with hm wedges and salad.
    Today, the plan roughly is
B - fruit and low fat yoghurt
L - scrambled eggs and tomatoes on HE toast
D - Fish, mashed potatoes, green veg - a little parsley sauce - I'm allowing about 5 syns for that.
May have a couple of glasses of wine later which will account for the rest of my daily syns!

Off to face the music this morning after a week completely off plan at great Yorks show. I'm sure I'll still be within range though so not over bothered by what it says but I need to draw that line and reboot.

Help ! I am in desperate need, I have put 2 lb ON this will NOT do I am heading the wrong way. It was my birthday yesterday and I went out for a meal .That's fine you may think but there was'nt any thing healthy for me to eat..But, I had had a bad week to start with, my worst yet.
I will have to draw a line though it and start again. Hope everyone else has done better than me. Hugs to everyone But I need a big big push...
