Hi,
About two years ago I received a parking charge notice. Having read a lot online I decided to ignore it as it was from a private company.
I started to receive letters but again ignored them.
Now I have a letter from Marstons high court enforcement officers explaining they have a warrant of control that enforcement officer can come round.
Please help - do I just pay the amount?

Which parking company? Did you also ignore court papers? Have you received a CCJ? How much is outstanding? Have you checked your credit rating, because this could be even worse than you currently think it is?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
