Getting Married.

A few questions if I may.
I'm getting married in August and I'm considering keeping my name...have always been down as "Ms" on everything so my question is, do I need to change anything ie. DVLA, National Insurance, NHS etc or can I leave things as they are?
I also need to know who exactly I need to tell. Have never been married before so I'm confused as to what is a legal requirement and what isn't.
Also, if I did decide to take my husband's name, what do I need to do?
One last question... Both of us were also thinking about changing both of our surnames by Deed Poll and have a new name together...would this be best done before or after the wedding?
Sorry so many questions but I'm panicking a bit. All advice greatly appreciated. X

Congratulations! We are wedding-month buddies because I get married in August too!
I won't be changing my name and as far as I am aware, there is absolutely no legal requirement for me to tell anyone that I have married. I will just be changing the few things that list me as Miss to Ms, but almost everything already is Ms.
I was married before, 20 years ago, and that time I was young and foolish and did change my name and it was a blooming nightmare! Sooooo many forms to complete and copies of marriage certificate to send out!
And it was twice as painful to change my name back again when I got divorced two years later. Doh!0
