On the 22nd June I filled out a questionaire form on resolver via Martin Lewis webpage claiming PPI from capital one.
1st July I received a written letter back from them saying my claim had been rejected as capital one had done nothing wrong.
Should I write to them asking for my reclaimed money before taking it to the fos.?

If they have rejected your complaint there is no point "asking for the reclaimed money" as Capital One will just refer you back to their complaint rejection letter. If you don't agree with Capital One's final response letter you have 6 months from receipt to refer your complaint to FOS explaining what you believe Capital One did wrong when you agreed to the PPI.0
