Parking fine - gym

Hi,

I've received a parking eye PCN for a gym I'm a member of.

You're supposed to put your registration in after entering the gym, but I haven't.

Should JD get this overturned for me? If not.....

If I can appeal, what do I write...? (It has a protection of freedoms act on the back stating it will pass to the owner of the vehicle under paragraph (9)(2)(f) of schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act 2012 - does this change the appeal type?)

Also, I've done this multiple times and only received one PCN?

Have you read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES that tells you how to deal with this?

When did the alleged event occur, and when did the keeper receive the NTK?

What happened when you complained to the gym?

The blue writing (NEWBIES thread) template appeal plus proof of gym membership, should be submitted to PE.

And certainly complain to the manager at the Gym immediately, as well, this week. They can cancel a PE charge with one phone call and behind the counter they will have a User Manual telling them the number to call, to do so.
