If it were my car I'd get the local dent company to knock out the dents and follow up with a diy spray job on the scratches.
A good 30 years ago, I used to do the same thing.
I bought the equivalent of one of these (still have it, and have used it from time to time, doing small repairs for folks)

A spray gun like this will give professional results. I must have done around forty or so complete resprays.

Could also consider a vinyl wrap although unless you diy it would cost more than the cars worth.0
