Dental Insurance Claim - No Response from Unum / National Dental

I am a little concerned about my dental insurance as it appears that my insurance provider, NDP, has been acquired by Unum recently.
I usually have in the papst sent an email to claim@nationaldental.co.uk. I have done the same as usual and sent it to that email, in which I now receive the following email:
I've tried calling and the phone line never seems to work when I try to call through - even though it states the office hours in a pre-recorded message.
Not sure what to do but keep emailing until they do respond to me.
Any ideas? Seems a bit of a waste to have paid out on my insurance every month, but for them to not deliver on their end of the bargain.

I've even followed up, and forwarded the claim documents to 'dental@unum.co.uk', but I still get no response. I've sent a total of 4 emails within a 1 month period and got nothing back.If you’ve used us before, you’ll notice we have a new name. The reviews of Unum do not look good. They have a social media presence on Facebook and Twitter, maybe you could try there.0
-
I also have had a similar experience with UNUM, you should make a formal complaint to them and write to the FOS.0

Have you submitted via their web site? I did and got an email confirmation in 30 mins.0
