Just had a PCN slapped on my windscreen for being 15 mins late. Should I wait for the NTK to appear or should I appeal to Amtrak within the 14 day period? I do not intend paying anything at all.

wait for NTK, appeal it by following the IPC advice in the newbies sticky thread
expect a rejection
then IGNORE for 6 years unless the ex-binman issues a court case using MCOL within 6 years
doesnt really matter what you do as they have you on their hook and wont let you slip the hook, but follow the IPC advice anyway0
