I have started a thread elsewhere which relates specifically to my issues and mobile phones but I wanted to get a broader discussion going on about your rights when it comes to digital content.
S.45(4) is a game changer that many companies will not have seen coming. Basically if you pay for a direct debit for something, e.g. Sky or mobile phone etc this company cannot allow a third party to pay money back into your account.
To me it looks like by claiming your right to be refunded back into your billing account the original company cannot claim they are not liable for any third party billing that you incurred. (Obviously only applies to digital content)
I'd really appreciate thoughts on this especially if you are knowledgable when it comes to the law.
