Terms and conditions:

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw and the Prize is ASDA Stores Limited trading as ASDA Baby & Toddler Club (“Promoter”) whose principal address is ASDA Stores Limited, ASDA House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds, LS11 5AD (“Promoter Address”).
2. This Prize Draw is open to residents in the UK only, aged 18 years and over, excluding directors, officers and employees of the Promoter, Triad Retail Media UK Limited, Ella’s Kitchen (Brands) Ltd, and their affiliates or agents (“Prize Draw Entities”), the families of such employees, and any other person connected with this Prize Draw.
3. No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase an entrant’s chances of receiving a Prize.
4. Only one (1) registration per person during the entire Prize Draw Period.
5. To enter, logon to the Website and enter your full name, address, email address, telephone number and correctly answer the multiple-choice question for provision of a Prize.
6. Prize Draw Entities are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Terms and Conditions; for any human or electronic (including but not limited to programming) error; or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, illegible or returned.
7. At the end of the Prize Draw Period, three (3) potential “Prize Winners” will be randomly selected by the Promoter using a computer process producing verifiably random results under the supervision of an independent third party (“Selection Process”). Subject to the above, the Promoter‘s decision concerning the determination of the winner of the Prize shall be final and binding.
8. Each Prize Winner will win one (1) “Prize” each. The Prize consists of all of the following items:

• 1x Ella’s Kitchen Easy Family Cookbook
• 1x Ella’s Kitchen First Foods Cookbook
• £20.02 worth of Ella’s Kitchen pouches or snacks (depending on age of winner’s child. If the winner does not have a child, Ella's Kitchen will decide how to award this portion of the prize)
• £50 Asda gift card (The gift card is subject to terms and conditions.)

1. The Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Only three (3) Prize Winners will be selected, who will receive one (1) Prize, as set out in Section 8.
2. The Prize Winners will be notified by e-mail after the end of the Prize Draw. The Prize Winners will then be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize and delivery details within 14 days of notification, after which the promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw.
3. The Promoter is not liable if the entry details requested in Section 5 above are incorrect.
4. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize after Prize Draw period has ended. The Prize will be posted to the winners’ home address via Royal Mail signed for delivery and will only be fulfilled if the subscriber has given their full and accurate postal address during registration.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
6. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
7. Your personal details will be used for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw. Your personal details will also be used for the administration of your Baby & Toddler club subscription should you choose to join when entering, as set out in our privacy policy. 8. By entering the Prize Draw, the winners consent to any publicity generated as a result of the draw and use on websites, Facebook, social media platforms, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.

Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Prize Draw, or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Terms and Conditions), without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Terms and Conditions). In the event of cancellation, modification or suspension, Promoter reserves the right to select Prize Draw recipients in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification or suspension.
10. Promoter may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Prize Draw, if such entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Terms and Conditions; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Promoter, or Promoter's agents or representatives, including but not limited to the Prize Draw Entities; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion).
