Equifax charges

Options
Hi everyone.
In March, I joined Equifax for the free trial and ended the membership before free trial date ended in April.
Because I could not find how to do it online I send them a message to request a cancellation then I called them to say I want to cancel and they confirmed cancellation.
I did not hear from them again until recently when I received an email to say that I need to make payment to keep their services.(I have cancelled my previous card due to fraud issues) I then checked my bank account and noticed they had charged me 2 months membership fees, although I never logged back in to their site.
In fact, the information their credit report shows are completely incorrect and because it was appalling results I decided not to stay with them after my free trial.

Speaking to them today I was advised they have not received a cancellation request hence why charges have occurred. I was advised it will be sent for further investigation but cannot promise I will be refunded.

Has anyone had any experience with them and knows where I stand on this?

Thank you

Just send them a copy of the cancellation confirmation email they sent you earlier and that'll be the end of it.
