Hi
I have received a parking charge notice from APCOA, they are saying the date I did not get a ticket was 15/05/17 but I did not receive the notice until 29/06/17, is there a time scale for them sending this notice and should I respond!!! The ticket machine was not in use and I reported it the Leisure Centre who said that they had reported it by email! I have tickets for all the other times I visited!! please any help!

Only if they say they are pursuing the keeper under PoFA 2012. Whatever, you need to appeal this.
