    Is the council still the freeholder? If so just do some searching on this forum to find out what kind of nasties you might face when they decide to do major refurbishment.

    Are you comfortable with that, it may mean your flat is dark as you will have to have either nets or some sort of blinds?

    That's fine, I would never have it without blinds or curtain. Flat 1 is a little darker compared to Flat 1. Even though we visited in daylight with the sun out.

    Are there still local authority flats in there? If so, they are notorious for deciding very costly work needs doing and giving you a massive bill, so consider that too.
