    In other good news, Crashy's rent will also remain frozen by then. Given that he is his fifties now, this will be of benefit to him as he approaches retirement. Shame he sold up to rent in the later nineties.

  • Met a friend at the weekend who's trying to buy in a nice part of Manchester; offered on 12 properties in one day and was outbid on all of them.
    They are an EYESORES!!!!
