Paypal micropayment account for small sellers

Can't remember the OP on this but thanks :T anyway.

It was basically about paypal doing micro accounts for smaller sellers under £5 so they dont get a whacking great 20p +3.4% paypal fee taken out of their very little sale (me!!)

So I e-mailed paypal and they said it was only for US Sellers. Is that right? if so, really think we should all get the same treatment and have UK micro accounts.

Does anyone know anything more about this??

(Did i mention Paypal is my least favourite organisation and I hate eBay for MAKING me sell with it in certain categories?? :rotfl:)

    In short (it's late!)

No it's not just for yanks.
Yes, paypal email support are useless (as usual)

If you search this forum for micropayments you'll get a few threads where it's mentioned.

When I got my micropayments account (yes, I am a Brit!) I found the only person an paypal who knew a damn thing about micropayments was a lady called Mary.

oh, ok, I'm feeling benevolent, here's a link:
