Earlier today I had one of the above I cannot clear. I have no unread emails but I'm notified on the banner I have one and on my email box it says I have a unread email . I don't .

How do I clear it please , I've tried resetting network connections, I've deleted email, switched phone off , readded email and still if won't clear .

I have switched off the banner notification but that isn't the real solution.

Any ideas please
