Greenstar energy MSE's energy club recommended

I recently helped (or so I thought) my daughter switch her gas and electric from eon to greenstar on an MSE energy club switch. The whole thing has been a nightmare and greenstar seem totally inept at managing the switch. They took over the supply at the beginning of June but still don't seem able to accept meter readings online or to take direct debit payments properly. There is still no facility to chat online to resolve issues and customer service seem clueless so far. I wish I had never heard of them so far and have a very stressed daughter as a result of persuading her to switch to save money. Is this a genuine one off or are they really this bad ?
