Depends how she feels about you. If she's as mad as hell then I doubt she would appreciate finding these stones, particularly in front of her mates.

Romantic gestures work best when both individuals are in love.

You won't get there before her, it's a long way from Swansea. She will already be there. Daft idea, think of something else.

Be there at the bottom when she gets down with refreshing drinks and cake for her and all her friends.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Had a bust up with my girlfriend who I adore. She's mad as hell and says she doesn't know if we can continue.

So she's going to be walking up Pen-y-Fan this afternoon (Welsh mountain) with a group of friends.

She's chosen to go out with friends, not you - don't stalk her!

Leave her to spend the day as she has chosen.

    That would be stalker behaviour.

If she's out with her friends then let her enjoy that time. A simple "I'm sorry. I love you." (if true) message would be far more appropriate.

    I agree.
Doing what you were considering (I guess it's too late now) is both stupid and creepy.

Depends on the reason for the bust up.
If she says you never give her space, then don't go ; if she thinks you are unfit ( get fit if necessary ) then suggest doing the same just the two of you.

"romantic or creepy/stupid" is in the mind of the beholder.

If you love someone set them free, if they come back they are yours if not they are not yours to keep. Not exact quote but you should get the meaning.

    The quote is :
"If you love someone, set them free. If they come back they're yours; if they don't they never were." Richard Bach

I also think he was speaking of emotional freedom ; if you are denying them physical freedom, set them free and call a lawyer.
