If the weight of the car's been sat on the fully-deflated tyre, then the sidewalls are shagged anyway, never mind if the puncture's in a repairable part of the tyre or not.
Its only half deflated and has only been like it for (at the most) 24 hours

So get the flippin' pump out, and stop flapping... It's not going to suddenly explode and kill you in a ball of flame on the way to Kwik-Fit...

Wheels are not a standard hole spacing - and no neighbours have the same car as mine !!
    You misunderstood my post.

I was suggesting you see if a neighbour will lend you a pump, not a spare wheel!

As you got a pump what's the point of your thread?

Breakdown companies don't normally do puncture repairs - you sure yours does?

Did you phone QDOS as suggested to get their price for a puncture repair? Is it cost effective to use them?

QDOS have quoted me a ridiculous £50 to take my wheel to a local tyre place, get the puncture repaired(as long as it can be repaired) and refit it - that answers my question !!

    ?

    Hows it ridiculous?

Call out on a sunday to pay a person to go and do what you can do yourself?

Probably an easy 2-3 hrs effort for them by the time they get a van to you, take the wheel off, take it to the nearest fitters, stand and wait, brink it back, refit it and drive home again.

In the 3 hrs you've been discussing this on here, you could have had it done yourself btw.....

OR bearing in mind you'd to put air in it a whole week ago, you could have had it done at a more convenient time rather than now when you have to.

Having seen many of the OPs previous posts.
They certainly seem to have many 'issues' in life.

Theres no Kwik-Fit or anything else like that, around here - I will have to wait until tomorrow in any case !!
There is a "normal" garage - that sells tyres - they will have to do.

Probably best to have the first aid kit and fire extinguisher to hand, then.
  • Get something like this and fix it yourself:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CAR-TYRE-PUNCTURE-REPAIR-KIT-WITH-10-STRINGS-WITH-A-FREE-INSERTING-NEEDLE-/130497125304

Only problem is the repair is illegal over here but fine in the US! They do work well though ;)
