    Hello There,
    I was just reading your post and I can see that you havent mentioned anything about lighting, I used to live in a studio flat not so long back and I also had a similar bill, So I decided to change my lighting to LED it massively reduces your power consumption and subsequently lowers your electricity bill. It really is a no brainer.
