Barclays Account confusion

Hi,
I've recently added tech pack to my barclays account to cover my phones. When applying, it said I was eligible for £200 fee free overdraft because of the added feature.
I don't have overdraft on this account but when logging to mobile app, under the card, it says, ' BBA with OD Tier N'. Could someone kindly explain to me what that is from experience? I'm sure I don't have overdraft nor I applied for one. Thanks

It means you've got a bank account with no overdraft tier. The Tech pack does not give you an overdraft, but if you get one, it means the first £200 is fee free. If you had an overdraft the N would be a Y.0

You need the help of a Barclay's digital eagle lol !!0 -
Thanks 🙄
I agree, their customer service is aweful and it's not the person on the other end of world, it's barclays that forces them to blindly follow scripts !!0 -
Basically what Chalkius said.
As a Tech Pack holder you now qualify for the first £200 of an overdraft to be fee free - but the overdraft itself is still subject to status and application. I.e., you won't be given it automatically, and even if you apply you may not necessarily be successful.
In order to do this the advisor would have had to change your account type - this is mostly an internal technical consideration and won't affect your account terms and conditions beyond what's laid out in the Tech Pack and, if you take it, an the overdraft.: )0
