One Drive problems

I am getting an error when I try using the Onedrive app on my Win 10 pro PC - last week it was fine !!
"Your organisation doesn't allow you to sync your personal onedrive on this computer"
This is my own device - not associated with any organisation - so why is this, now happening ?
The only thing that I have done is update to 1703 (creators)...

Both web credentials and windows credentials are empty - no credentials there at all !!
