Can I get someone off Gumtree to build a PC for me?

Thanks all for your replies!
I've come some way and found a reasonable set of components that fit together I think, and I'm willing to give it a go at building myself.
My final question is around the choice of graphics card - there seems to be lots of variety, but it's unclear to me how they differ from one another!
I won't ever need the PC for gaming, but specifically I've been taking lots of 4K videos from my digital camera and want to comfortable edit / view / export in 4K - social/family video editing essentially - nothing professional.
Is there anything that would guide me as to what would be capable vs incapable vs overkill?
Thanks!0 -

It's American based but gives you an idea. In a nutshell any semi-decent gaming machine these days should be able to handle 4k BUT make sure you get a second hard drive for your raw video, biggest capacity you can afford or get your hands on. And get a decent power supply as well.
Where possible, you're always better to have something that's overkill for your needs now than something that will always be underpowered.0 -
