Explorer travel insurance

We are visiting the USA in November and I have just purchased Explorer travel insurance. I thought I had researched properly but have just found some horrendous reviews. Only a few but I couldn't find any good ones either. Does anyone have any knowledge of them?

if you mean https://www.explorerinsurance.co.uk/ I have used them several times but never had to claim so can't comment on that aspect. They are listed as a best buy for certain categories by Which? and they include claim handling as one of their criteria for selection.
